Is This Legal?

Yes — under federal law, hemp and hemp-derived products are legal. The 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018) removed “hemp” from the federal definition of marijuana, so long as the product contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Because THCa is a naturally occurring compound in hemp, and our products are tested to ensure compliance with this Delta-9 THC limit, they fall within the definition of legal hemp at the federal level.

That said, state laws vary widely. Some states restrict or prohibit the sale or shipment of certain hemp-derived products (including flower, vapes, or edibles). We encourage all customers to review their own state and local regulations before purchasing.
